The 6 District Advisory Board will reconsider the application of NAI Martens to rezone our Delano green space on Monday, Sept 12.  The Wichita City Council sent the application back to the DAB for reconsideration.  The Council will take up the issue again on Sept. 20.

We need as many neighbors to attend the Sept 12 DAB meeting as possible.  We need volunteers to put flyers on doors in North Delano encouraging everyone to attend.  A huge turnout will show DAB members that Delano values our green space and our mature shade trees.  NAI wants to remove 40 mature shade trees to build apartments that will completely fill the green space.
