Strategic Update to our 9B Parking Petition

In light of Tuesday’s Community Consultation with the 4 Newbold developers, I have made some adjustments to our petition.

To summarize: in order to qualify for the aggressive height variance, the developer is applying to re-zone a section of our neighbourhood from “Residential” to “Residential Apartment” which will open us up to large-scale tower block style construction in the future.

The petition now includes our opposition to that re-zoning. Please review the changes when you have a moment. If you would like to remove your signature, change.org will have sent you a confirmation email when you signed that allows you to do so.
