Dear supporters, thank you for signing my petition to give a voice to our beautiful Onyx ♡ Rose. On Saturday, we held a service to say goodbye to them. I’m grateful for the community for supporting our family, and for you all for standing in solidarity.

I spoke to the Office of Education Minister last week. We had a very long conversation about the bulling, how its impacted students and what can be done about it. Here are some topics we discussed to better support kids being bullied at school:

- Special precinct for year 7 & 8 only where they can be safe, away from seniors     who may bully them
- wellbeing room that is always open to all students
- consequences for bullies
- more teachers
- meetings with concerned parents
- adequate bullying policies

The discussions will be passed on to the Education Minister. I hope that your support and more signatures on this petition will hold her accountable to take urgent action.

We should have never lost Onyx ♡ Rose. Now, I  hope we can ensure no other life is put at risk because the system wasn’t prepared.
