According to a study by a local resident, if this disgraceful development is allowed to happen then a large number of houses will be deprived of natural sunshine.

Houses to the North of the proposed carpark development including those in Lodge Lane and Woodside Avenue won't be able to see the sun any time during the day for the majority of the year due to being blocked out by this monstrosity.

This is bad news for all as sunshine obviously helps combat SAD Seasonal Affective Disorder.
