First, thank you all so much for signing the petition to protect one of Cape Cod’s treasures from a ruinous 3 year long construction project. We are working hard to raise awareness with the Barnstable community about this threat and making sure our objections are heard with federal, state, and county permitting entities.
As the scope and length of the fight against the “Commonwealth Wind” proposal at Dowses beach becomes apparent, we have launched a fundraising campaign. We will use funds for supplies and services, including, but not limited to, environmental and legal consultation. We are committed to transparent, responsible stewardship of any funds collected — we have no paid employees, only volunteers. We can provide our EIN upon request.
