Due to the events unfolding in our city and concerns for public safety, we have made the difficult decision to postpone tonight’s meeting until next week.

We are deeply saddened and disturbed by the horrific attack that took place in our city.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with the victim, their family, friends, and all those affected by this senseless act of violence

We strongly condemn the disorder and unrest that has followed.

Violence, intimidation, and actions that place public safety at risk only deepen the harm already caused and further impact innocent members of our city.

While we are disappointed not to be gathering as planned, we believe postponing is the responsible course of action at this time.
