The city didn’t listen.

Regardless of the support from our community, the city, DOB and HPD have moved at truly record speed to take down this amazing historical landmark. The steeple is currently being ripped apart - have to assume someone is selling it off for materials. It absolute shame for our neighborhood and NYC. 

I’m sorry this petition and the calls to our local leaders wasn’t successful.
