Firstly thank you for all the support and amazing comments on here and across social media and beyond. 

Steve has read them and appreciated them greatly. 

He is intending to present the petition to the BBC within the next week so it would be fantastic if we could have one last push to maximise the number of signatures and comments. 

If you can think of anywhere you could share this where it hasn't already been or find a second to pop on your social media timelines for a final time we'd massively appreciate it. 

We've had several MPs take on the cause and write to the Director General about the cuts to local radio so if you are UK based (and particularly with Radio Lancs) broadcast region it's definitely worthwhile penning a letter to your MP.
