Greetings! 

I wanted to personally say thank you for being among the first fifty people to sign the petition. It means the world to me to have people who support the cause of safe staffing. You and I both know, whether by being a medical professional or a patient, that staffing issues impact care. It isn't just a healthcare worker issue, it is a public safety issue.

We all deserve better treatment. Period.

If you can and have the time, please share this petition. This petition is a call to action for our legislators to make a change. The last legislation for safe staffing in the State of Ohio was introduced in 2017. We need legislators to care about this as much as we care about it. It shouldn't matter if they are a Republican, Democrat, or an Independent.

 At the end of the day we are all human beings and deserve basic safety when seeking help in a medical facility.
