In addition to 3 signs we already have posted, we figured maybe extra signage may help get the point across that our yard isn't just "messy, tall grass" for those who don't know what we have going on. We are recognized now as part of the Million Pollinator Garden Challenge (part of both the NWF & NPS recognition) , NYS Beesafe Sanctuary, NABA, Pollinator Pathway and Xerces Society.

We will also be adding in Plant ID signage to the front and sides of the yard shortly. 

This morning, we reached 100 signatures!! Let's keep the momentum. Please continue to share! Sign this petition, have your friends, you colleagues, your parents sign it as well! Let's show how important pollinator safe spaces are to the climate, environment, and to our own lives. Help back us in saving this space of native plants /habitat species for endangered and common species alike here in Watertown, NY. We need the City of Watertown and its people to change these by-laws to aid in preservation and conservation.
