Renowned journalist on transport issues Mr Rajendra Aklekar has posted confirmation of the decision to cancel National College Station taken by the MMRDA Authority.

With national and state elections coming up, NOW is the time to pressure our local representatives and remind them that the majority of residents of Bandra, Khar and the thousands of students and other commuters require this station to be built!

Let us use the power of democracy and not allow a few disgruntled elites to destroy the new metro network that we all are paying for with our taxes!  If politicians want our votes, they must listen to our just demands!
