After months of research, we’re preparing a legal challenge to stop the solar project and Save Mount Hope. According to a recent meeting, construction may begin as soon as October. We’ve launched a Legal Defense GoFundMe to hire an attorney. Stopping this in court seems to be our only shot. We will report how every dollar is used, and any remainder will go toward Mount Hope Cemetery. Also, please share the petition again if you can: we're hoping to reach 1,000 signatures. We’re also planning on-site events at the Mt. Hope. Stay tuned for dates. As interest in stopping this project has grown, several of us have started the Save Mount Hope Committee. 

Lastly, if anyone has paperwork from buying lots at Mt. Hope, we are trying to track down any potential covenants or guarantees made at the time of purchase.
