Consider taking action to protect the Yellow River Watershed from a risky development design for the Falls at Mink Livsey (parcel R6003 164). The development seeks to change the water flow of No Business/Do Little Creeks which flow into the Yellow River. The development will also remove about 60+% of the tree canopy.

To whom it may concern,
I am writing to express concern about the Falls at MinkLivsey development (BV-067-25-03).
The developer has repeatedly disturbed the creek without proper environmental permits. This variance request only came after public pressure and county/state/federal intervention. Flooding and sedimentation from Do Little Creek have already caused damage to Mink Livsey Road was shut down for months in 2019 due to flooding. If approved with the current design, this development could increase the risk of erosion and downstream flooding in neighborhoods with residential lakes (Lake Mist, Lake Cheryl, and Norris Lake) or proximity to No Business and Do Little Creeks.
I urge you to consider these impacts on our waterways, homes, both future and existing.
Sincerely,
