Thank you for your phenomenal efforts and generous donations to promote this petition. 

We have an update from the county: Inspectors have not found "any indication of large-scale clearing, grading, or other work that would require a permit or constitute an ordinance violation". There was no mention of dumping or disturbing waterways, and demolition of heritage/burial sites. The developer also plans to combine all separate parcels into two - though their plans are still unclear, this will allow the developer to plan for higher-density and larger-scale development.

Can you ask one more neighbor to sign this petition, and encourage them to do the same? We could not do this without your help. Thank you!
