Description:
Mini DAYZ 2 was more than just a mobile game — it was a refuge for many players around the world who sought tactical challenges, intense survival gameplay, and a unique visual style. Its recent shutdown came as a shock to the entire community, which has always been passionate and dedicated to the franchise.
Why are we doing this?
Players who invested time, money, and emotion into Mini DAYZ 2 have now lost access to the game. Communities were dismantled, progress was lost, and the sense of belonging to a world of strategic survival was abruptly taken away.
Fix the balance
One of the biggest issues that needs attention is the game's balance. Acquiring resources to upgrade the base was extremely difficult and often frustrating. This made progression feel slow and sometimes unrewarding, especially for free-to-play users. Players want a fair challenge, not an impossible grind. Adjusting the game's economy and drop rates would make a huge difference in creating a more enjoyable and lasting experience.
What’s at stake?
If the game remains as it is, we will lose a title that represents an important part of mobile survival gaming history. However, if Bohemia Interactive listens to its community, there are viable paths forward: restore what was lost, release an offline version, or even open-source the code so the community can keep it alive.
Why must we act?
The time is now. The community is still active and ready to support any effort to bring the game back. Every signature on this petition is a voice saying: Mini DAYZ 2 deserves to live on. Bohemia, show that you care about your fanbase. Save Mini DAYZ 2!
Our request is simple:
Fix the game.
Improve the resource and base upgrade balance.
Release an offline version.
Open-source the game so the community can keep it alive.
