Dear supporters,
It is time to declare a victory! Back in November, Medinah residents learned that Transwestern was no longer interested in purchasing any of the homes in the Medinah Terrace location. Per Transwestern, "Transwestern Development Company has made the decision that, primarily due to changing market conditions, our pursuit of a potential redevelopment of Medinah Terrace is not economically feasible." It has been three months since the official letter was sent to the Village Administrators. No correspondence was sent to the residents regarding this decision, but it looks like it is a closed case. At least for now, Medinah residents can go on with their lives and enjoy this beautiful community.
