Everyone reading this, Matt Braly just confirmed that Sony still has the rights to the idea, but that doesn't mean we're giving up petitioning to save this film, all we have to do is keep petitioning and maybe a different film studio like Dreamworks, Skydance, Paramount, Netflix, etc. can buy the film, or unless, if Matt wants this to be an indie project, perhaps A24 could do it, or maybe Glitch Productions could make this their feature-length film debut.
