Dear supporters, I’m grateful for more than 13,000 signatures in four days.  He has been in solitary confinement for more than two weeks and is facing imminent execution.

Can you please email the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Penny Wong and ask her to intervene to save my cousin’s life? 

Majid was born just two days after me. We have grown up as brothers. Since I found out that my dear cousin was sentenced to execution, I have been doing whatever I can to save his life. I’m grateful to all my supporters in Australia for signing this petition. Thank you so much for your support and for joining the fight to save my cousin Majid. Now, I need you to take the next step and send a pre-written email to the Foreign Minister.

Majid has communicated to his family that he was tortured and coerced into a false confession without the presence of a lawyer. Since the unrest in Iran, such grave human rights abuses have dramatically increased. International pressure is crucial to show Iran that the world is watching. Australia must do what it can to save my cousin, Majid’s life.
