You're paying for Toni's garbage collection

Did you know that, each week, Montclair is collecting over twelve (12) cubic yards of garbage from Toni's at no charge?  That's more than four times the legal limit for an institutional source.  Toni's is required by law to use a private hauler, but local officials don't seem to care.  Let them know that you don't appreciate your tax dollars being used to subsidize a religious organization.
