When I refer to "Opt-Out" Organ and Tissue Donation, it means "Implied Consent". In other words, "Opt-Out" means you must take the step to Opt Out or else, it will be implied that you do in fact consent. Some people have said that they find the term "Opt-Out" misleading. I guess it's like a "double negative". Is it clear to you what this term means?
