Yesterday, two more California County Board of Supervisors, Nevada and San Joaquin, voted to oppose AT&T's effort to end landline services in the state. They join a growing list of other counties that have voted similarly, including Butte, Lake, Santa Cruz, Trinity, and Yuba. This is an essential coalition of key influencers, but a small fraction of the counties needed to tell the CPUC that they also oppose AT&T's departure.
