Kaleidoscope Nursery at St Andrews School remains open!

After a lengthy battle the owners of Kaleidoscope Child Care Ltd proved their right to continue to occupy the land that they lease from Shropshire Council on which are the company's privately owned nursery buildings. The nursery has been on the school site since 2003. 
"It has been a difficult and stressful year for all concerned. We persevered and worked hard to prove our right to stay. In our mind it was never in question but when faced with a threat of eviction you question everything and need solicitors to help take on the battle. This has been both time consuming and expensive, the stress it has caused has been immeasurable"
We have cared for Shifnal families for over 30 years and so we were determined to give everything that we could to protect the childcare that families depend on. Our team have been fabulous throughout this whole ordeal. Parents have commended the team for getting on with their job with smiles and professionalism despite the outside pressures."
