You will be delighted to know that your support for the Jericho Wharf Trust campaign is now bearing fruit. The Cabinet of Oxford City Council has now voted unanimously to intervene in this long-running  saga. They will now seek a development partner with whom they can work to ensure progress on the site. And failing that, they will make a compulsory purchase. The threat of a CPO should now encourage the landowner to make a deal.
