Principal bench said enough is enough to builder. NGT has decided to dispose of our case as soon as possible. Taking suffering homebuyers into account, Justice Swatanter Kumar, chairperson of NGT, made it clear he will not adjourn our case anymore. Victory for our petition is on its way.
