Green Belt Planning Application 22/00516/FP

Hi everyone, we have discovered the deadline for Objections to this Planning Application been extended to May12th - so still 3 days to object!

To confirm the details: This Planning Application is for nine expensive houses on the meadow at the top of Gray's Lane / Lucas Lane and adjoining the bridleway and woodland.

VERY IMPORTANT: The Application site plan shows road access into the adjacent meadow where there are plans to build 58 houses on Green Belt! So although this Application does NOT refer to this, the 58 house development is clearly being enabled with this plan. Is this a blatant attempt to mislead the public? Is this a cynical way of trying to get both developments approved?

It is very important we show the Council the strength of the opposition to these plans. We urgently need more objections lodged with the council. 

All objections should include your name (address optional) and quote “Planning Ref: 22/00516/FP – Objection”.  Ways to object:

1.  Online: using NHDC Website using this link: https://pa2.north-herts.gov.uk/online-applications/

You have to Register and Login to make a Comment and specify “Objection”. You can be timed out so maybe write separately and copy in.

2.  Email: To planning.control@north-herts.gov.uk and quote above planning reference and “Objection” in the Subject.
