We need your help!  We need you to CALL and EMAIL leaders in City Hall and Cleveland Municipal School District TODAY! and let them know our kids deserve both a new Marion Seltzer school AND their Cudell Commons Park!

Here's what you can say:

• Frank Cudell donated the Cudell Commons Park land to the city to be used as "public parkland and green space forever."  It is not right what the City & CMSD did with the landswap, and we will not accept the loss of public green space in Cudell to be swapped for real estate development opportunities in Detroit Shoreway.
• Marion Seltzer School needs a new facility, and also, we will not accept CMSD's current construction plan.  Our community deserves better.  Kids need trees!  Our community needs green space! 
• CMSD gave us a "bait & switch" and we demand to know why CMSD changed their plan from March 2022 to remove significantly more green space, and why they scrubbed the March 2022 community meeting video from public access on their website?  This project is being paid with public funds, the community deserves to know, and we demand accountability!
• Why is the Cudell Commons Park important to you personally?  How do you like to spend time in the park?
