The date of the hearing to decide the fate of Highmoor Farm has been set for the the 2nd October, in Bournemouth. More details to follow. 

The area of Highmoor Farm nearest to Talbot Heath would become a Heathland Support Area, if Talbot Village Trust, the landlord, gets its way.  Sounds great? It’s isn’t. It’s simply a way to ensure that much of the land can be developed. An area where the biodiversity would suffer further. And will mean precious Talbot Heath is surrounded by even more development.

It will mean more traffic and more pollution on nearby roads, breathed in by many children and families on school runs. 

It should not be allowed to go ahead.
