Nuffield Health ignores the ecological importance of Highmoor Farm to pursue its own development ambitions.

Nuffield Health has launched an orchestrated campaign of support for its own planning application in the BCP planning portal.

There is strong opposition to this proposal from recognised wildlife organisations Dorset Wildlife Trusts, ARC and the RSPB.

Highmoor Farm is functionally linked to Talbot Heath. So destroying a large part of the Farm will hurt Talbot Heath. Not to mention removing yet more of the last remaining urban green space in the area, the last working farm.

Overintensification in the area will also harm the Heath. The transport infrastructure will not cope will more development here.

But, wilfully I believe, Nuffield Health and its consultants and employees are ignoring this.

Just like TVT, Nuffield Health believe that Highmoor Farm’s only value is in its development potential.

Would you have believed this from a healthcare organisation? I wouldn’t have. I find it abhorrent.

Please continue to share and object on the planning portal if you can. Thank you for your continued support. 4,500 signatures and counting.
