I emailed Bandai Namco Online Inc. and received a response from the Gundam Evolution customer service personnel. In the email, they apologized for the decision and stated that they are "sincerely grateful to hear that many players would like to continue playing GUNDAM EVOLUTION even after the end of service, but there are currently no plans to make this possible."

While we acknowledge that the choice to close the game may be final for the time being, we respectfully implore that you maintain the prospect of a future comeback of Gundam Evolution open. We truly believe that the spirit of Gundam Evolution should live on, whether through a relaunch, a remastered version, or integration into another platform. We are eager to collaborate with Bandai Namco Online to develop a solution that benefits both sides while allowing Gundam fans to continue their journey in the Gundam universe.
