Plainfield City Council Orders Redevelopment Plan for Grace Church

The title of the article below is misleading.  If the city, or anyone else involved in this vandalism, sought to preserve the church, no redevelopment plan would be needed, and the city wouldn’t be bending, twisting, amending, and breaking laws in the way that it has.
