The Head of the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation has agreed to meet with us at their office at 1.45 pm, September 24, which is a key step in our attempt to find a new home for Buanoi. The intention of our campaign is to raise awareness of the need for wildlife conservation and improvements in zoo standards in Thailand. The permission granted to Pata Zoo by the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation should be revoked and zoo standards raised to best international practices.
