On our team we have Doug Cress, some of you may know him from the Great Ape Survival Partnership. But we are proud to announce that Doug has a new position with the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA) as their Chief Executive Director. Doug has spoken with many wonderful zoos around the world about Little Lotus and there are many who would be very excited to welcome Little Lotus into their natural environment gorilla enclosures as her species is critically endangered. It would be great to convince the owner to 'donate' Little Lotus for the greater good of gorilla survival and to enjoy having a family again.
