Thank you for supporting this petition 🙏🏻 We believe in constructive feedbacks and that Singapore's future planning involves everyone including the community.

URA meeting was a zoom call with a senior office in charge of the initiative. We had several follow up emails thereafter. URA has informed that the development study will go ahead as planned because the people's opinion is usually gathered at a later stage. Timeline could not be advised unfortunately. 

MP Rachel Ong of this constituency has been contacted and requested to lend her support for further communications. She is supportive and has also presented our points in a government multi-agency meeting in May/Jun 2024. However as of today we have not receive any response from the agencies.

What's next? To avoid being stuck/lost in red tape, I plan to write to our country leaders PM Wong and Minister for National Development in September. 

Hopefully our voice will be heard in a timely manner before decisions are made. Please continue to share the petition to those who have an opinion about it.
