2. Please come to the Muskegon City Hall Tuesday, November 25, 2025, 5:30 pm to the Muskegon City Commission meeting. Bring anyone and everyone, whether they speak or not. Fill the place!
Fill out a form to speak. The forms are at the back of the room on the table. Name, address, phone and topic: Fisherman’s Landing. Give the form to the clerk up front and to your left.
Agendas are in the box on the wall near the door you entered. Since Fisherman’s Landing is on the agenda, you must comment at the first public comment period, which comes after a couple items on the agenda. Be ready.
The Mayor will call on you and you will be given 3 minutes to speak. Write it out, if you need to stay on topic, and read it. Time goes fast. If you don’t want to speak, write it out at home and give it to the clerk for the entire commission or ask someone else to read it.
Or, call in at 231-724-6721 for public comment. You can add to your phone or pre-dial it before the meeting and then just hit redial on your phone for speed.
You can watch the meeting on Comcast Channel 96. Dial the number when they ask for public comment. This will be after the beginning of the meeting.
You should comment at the beginning public comment period, before the vote. Turn your TV volume to mute. Speak your comment. Again, it can only be 3 minutes. Write it out and read it to get everything said, unless you want to wing it.
There is also a comment period toward the end of the meeting for general comment. But then, the vote will be over. You can comment then too if you want. Get on record.
We need everyone to say their piece. We won’t have another shot. It’s now or never. Pass this on to anyone interested. We need a large showing. We have three votes, German, Keener, Kochin. We need one more. Please Commissioner Kilgo. The others’ minds are closed, Johnson, St. Clair, Gorman. Thank you very much.
