Hello again!  I am still working on this petition and have 467 (!) signatures as of now.

Problem is, no one from Congress will contact me, even with a generic email that would at least signify some acknowledgement of me and my efforts.

Change.org recommends that I ask you, my supporters, to contact some of the decision makers listed on my petition, if you can see them.

This needs to go to the House Appropriations Committee, Subcommittee of Labor, Health Services and Education.

Robert Aderholt is the chair of this committee.
Julia Letlow is the vice chair.
Rosa DiLauro is the main minority leader of this committee.

Energy and Commerce Committee is also listed as possible contact for this.
Brett Guthrie from Kentucky and Frank Pallone from New Jersey, one Republican and one Democrat, respectively, are listed as the heads of this committee.

FYI, with all the political back and forth and hatred being passed around, important issues are going unnoticed.  They seem like they don't care.  AND neither party can say anything about the other party; no one is responding, so I'm going to treat them all the same.

EVERY name I have as a decision maker indicates "no response."
Some of my initial decision makers indicate "no response, email sent 21 days ago."

This is so frustrating.  If anyone can help me break through, I'd love some ideas.

Otherwise I will keep on trying.
