I received a message on Saturday that I was really praying was incorrect But after I researched further and then even contacted ABC 13 reporter Nick Natario and he rewatched the video and unfortunately confirmed My message to Nick = “Hi Nick - someone on Nextdoor told me that the Commissioners actually Passed agenda 30 at the last moment of the meeting after their closed session I just rewatched the video It is at time mark 47:13 Unless my eyes and ears are deceiving me - they snuck it back in right before the adjourned and voted for it unanimously!! Please tell me I am wrong and misunderstanding” HIS RESPONSE: “You are correct. Since it wasn't on the executive session list, I didn't think they'd take it back up. They did and it passed.” So the Commissioners Court pulled a fast one At the end of the meeting after most of the public and even the media left - they came out of their closed session and brought back our agenda item and unanimously voted it through!! We are NOT letting this stop us We need even More support now Please take a moment and email All of the Fort Bend County Commissioners and County Judge - let them know that what they are planning to do to Fairchilds is not only immoral but illegal and they should reverse their decision and do the right thing!
