Upcoming events and ways to support Edward Kelley Preschool!!!

Hello Edward Kelley Supporters!

The school year is off to a great start. We have a wonderful group of children and caregivers that are settling into the routines and fun of a new school year. We have just a  few openings left, so please spread the word! Enrollment is ongoing and children can start any time during the year after they turn three. Please see more information here : https://caj.scusd.edu/p/~board/career-and-academic-programs/post/parent-education-preschool-1758132391387

For our local supporters, we have 2 events coming up. First, Friends of Edward Kelley Preschool will be participating in the annual Rosemont Community Yard Sale. We will be having a large yard sale, at a house located in Rosemont, on Applegate Drive 95826. All proceeds will go directly back to the non profit in support of the school. So please swing by on Saturday, September 26th, starting at 8 am, to find some great deals and help out your favorite preschool!

Again for our local supporters, on Thursday October 1st, the Friends of Edward Kelley will be hosting a fundraiser in partnership with Round Table Pizza on Keifer Blvd. The fundraiser lasts all day, and 20% of sales will come directly back to the school. So please enjoy some delicious lunch or dinner, dine in or take out and know that it will go to a great cause! You can simply show a picture of the flyer on your phone to make sure your purchase gets counted towards the fundraiser. Mrs. C and some of the current students will be having dinner together at 6:00, so come join us if you'd like to say hi!

And as always, we are accepting donations at anytime. Although our efforts saved the school last year, the future is still uncertain. Transitional Kindergarten continues to create enrollment challenges for all preschools, and Edward Kelley is not immune to that. We also realize the budget situation of SCUSD is a constant threat to our program's ongoing survival. The more money we can raise, to support the school, the more secure the future of our beloved preschool will be for generations to come. Checks can be made out to Friends of Edward Kelley Preschool and mailed to the school at 3340 Bradshaw Road, Sacramento CA 95827. All donations are tax deductible, and our federal EIN is 42-3008337.

Thank you for your support! Hope to see you at one of our upcoming events!
