Dear Grace,

Thank you very much for your email. The Council’s library strategy is currently being actively developed and it is intended that it will be published early in January, in advance of the cabinet meeting on 15th January. I will therefore be in a position to reply more fully early in the New Year, if you can bear with me until then.
