> This will document that it is now after 8PM on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 Eastern time and SA has neither emailed me the requested Dippikill ad hoc committee-related records 24 hours in advance which are to be discussed at tomorrow's Wednesday, April 23, 2025 SA Senate meeting nor posted the records on the saualbany.com website. There is also no new information on Instagram.
>
> Should the SA Senate now accept the ad hoc committee's formal recommendation regarding selling or otherwise disposing of Dippikill, SA will be in violation of the Open Meetings Law, shall have failed to afford me as a Dippikill stakeholder due process as required by the State Administrative Procedure Act and the 14th Amendment, and SA's actions may be subject to judicial review.
>
> Please stand down on taking action under the provisions of your bylaws dealing with the sale of Dippikill at this time to avoid Federal Civil Rights litigation and/or an Article 78 Proceeding in state court.
>
> Thank you.
