Instead, he funded lavish dinners for non-student city residents, contrary to 8 NYCRR 302.14 use of funds guidelines. He had to settle a claim by Dippikill employees alleging violation of NYS Labor Laws on his watch. Dippikill is not the problem. Jalen Rose is. In 4 days, the problem will be gone. Don't punish Dippikill stakeholders for the problems Jalen Rose created. Fund Dippikill like SA has done for the past 70 years.
