As many of you will now be aware, Parthian Manchester closed its doors permanently on the 29th of July.
In lieu of a closing night party, please take this message as an invite to come along for a final "Parthian Manchester" climb, which will be taking place this evening (31st) at Big Depot, Wythenshawe.
Thank you to everyone who signed this petition, who tried to help, and who reached out through many other avenues to offer support and kind words to/about the staff (and to everyone else effected by the closure – many customers spent more time in the centre than some of the staff put together) over the past couple of weeks. The word “community” is bandied about a lot, but this is surely what one looks like. And I know the mutual support has meant a lot to a great many people.
