Legislation went into effect January 1 of this year.  They are being abandoned in the street, sent to Scotland and left on 'death row' in kill shelters as the ban on the killer breed exists and government reveals more than 6,000 have been neutered, with more soon to be euthanized.  

We are aiming to STOP this, just like we did in Montreal with your help several years ago.
