🟥 Enfield Labour Council are now also now proposing housing on the Recreation Ground in addition to a Crematorium Incinerator. See page 103 https://www.enfield.gov.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0026/96812/LBE-K55-Planning.pdf

➡️ The Recreation Ground is protected as Metropolitan Open Land (MOL) - which has the same legal status as greenbelt. The Council including this land could set a precedent for all Parks and Recreation Grounds in the Borough.
