the area within the red box is the development property in question.  the shaded area is the footprint of the existing structure on site.  the yellow portion of the structure is the original 1912 body of the church that could potentially be moved to one far corner, to allow for development both beside and behind it.  The church could then be restored and repurposed within the overall project as a showpiece.
