Hello!

Nearly 200 people have signed our online petition over the past week. So far over 3000 people have signed our paper and online petitions. Thank you to everyone for supporting Birchfield library! 

Unlike other Birmingham libraries, Birchfield Library's opening hours haven't been reduced yet... but it is still not over! Birmingham City Council now plans to only open Birchfield Library for 2 days a week!

The final in person consultation session is on Tuesday 10th September, at Birchfield Library. It is a drop in, so pop in to the library anytime between 3pm-4.30pm and let the council officials know why their plan to cut Birchfield's opening hours is a terrible idea for the community! Your voice can make a difference and the more voices in the room the better!
