Sundarbans is about to get destroyed

Govt. is still determined to make the power plant in the choosen place..They are saying that it won't harm Sundarbans..But just think 11.5 matric tons of bottom ash..They said those will be buried regularly on a schedule..But the area is a tidal area....So what'll happen if the high tide starts before burying the ashes??What about the fly ashes???Can they be contained in the project area only as it's only 14 km from sundarbans??
