As Wimbledon Stadium was being pulled down many had forgotten all about the 'Mick the Miller' mosaic.

In an example of what can be achieved, Wimbledon and Belle Vue campaigner Michael Burnage, along with Brendan Berry from the Mick The Miller society, were negotiating for the artwork's safe removal and preservation.

The great news is that developer Galliard have now formally confirmed that the mosaic was not only saved intact, but will also be included within the new development.
