Our meeting yesterday was productive in that we discovered that the council have been inundated with hundreds of submissions concerning the application.

They have been astounded by the response from our community, particularly as the sneaky developers had led them to believe it was 'only a former greyhound stadium and a brownfield site'.

If not before, they certainly now are aware and understand the passion we all have for the stadium, and it's heritage.
