The second legal proceeding is to overturn The city of Dyersburg's Vicious Animal Ordinance as illegal because state law prohibits it. No hearing has been set on this. We are asking you to reshare the petition for signatures and share Beau's story far and wide, as we fear that he will fall off of the radar, and we think this is what the city wants. Beau has been confined since late October and deserves to return home by Christmas and we can't do it without you. Please share and continue to call attention to Beau and his plight. We really hope that continued pressure will make this case move forward instead of the city hoping it will fade away. Beau has an excellent legal team, and this group of supporters, and we want his voice to continue to be heard. Please ask the city to release Beau before Christmas!
