Amid conflicting media reports, BEAU is NOT being returned to owner at this time. It appears Danny will have to appeal through the legal system. I would like to reiterate that no duck was found on the scene and no one was bit. Beau has been non aggressive in shelter and it appears that some are trying to say all sorts of previous allegations that did not occur, or was Beau or his owner ever cited by animal control previously. I will update you all when we know if Danny has attorney but the deadline for appeal is now Oct. 21. Then the euthanasia is set to take place until we hear something different.
